‘Tis the season for getting glam and dressing up. When you go that extra mile on your makeup and nails, there’s a lot of room for error. Sometimes eyeshadow ends up on your cheeks, eyeliner wings are totally mismatching, lipstick is drawn a little too far outside the line, and nail polish ends up on cuticles. Mistakes happen so easily, but luckily, there’s a simple tool to fix it all and keep you looking your best for the holidays! Here’s how you can get holiday glam with Q-tips.
Q-tip Precision Tips are great for fixing little beauty mishaps!
I love using these because they have tapered ends for precise application and easy corrections. They can be used for eyes, nails, lips, and more. They’re gentle on all areas of skin and are just convenient.
I’ll show you two ways I love to use to the Q-tips Precision Tips.
1. Touching up my red lips
Red lips are super fun to wear during the holidays, but application can be tricky and a little messy. The edges can appear a bit jagged.
After applying my red lipstick, I clean up the edges with a Precision Tip. Then I dip the other end into my concealer and apply it around the lip line. The precision tip of the Q-tip helps me get close to the lip line to smooth things out. My red holiday lips are complete!
2. Cuticle clean up
Nail polish application isn’t always as perfect as we’d like it to be. I paint my nails all the time and I still mess up. My Q-tip Precision Tips help me clean up my cuticles so that they don’t look sloppy, just pretty.
I just painted my nails with this beautiful deep blue. My cuticles needed a little help though….
I dipped a Precision Tip into nail polish remover and ran it around my cuticles. It was quick and easy.
Don’t they look a lot better now?!
I love when simple tools help to make a big difference! Both my lips and nails are holiday-ready without any mess.
