I’m Ashley, and I’m the creator of Peek & Ponder. I was born and raised in Northern California, where I grew up with a passion for art and technology. As I grew older, I also found a love for writing and playing with new beauty products. When I discovered that I could combine all of my interests together through blogging, I was thrilled. Peek & Ponder was born in March 2011 as a simple beauty blog and I’ve been working on it ever since. It was my decision recently to make Peek & Ponder into something more and I’m ecstatic to see the evolution of the site. Blogging is my lifestyle, my job, and my passion. I love everything about it!

Hi I’m Donny, I grew up in a small quiet town in Northern California, which is where my love for nature and cooking began. As an only child, I kept myself entertained exploring the mountains around my home always searching for the best vantage points to capture nature in it’s true beauty. I lived in a household where there was not much home cooking going on and because of this, my love for cooking sparked. As I grew older I expanded my skills of cooking to more complex techniques and the inclusion of fresh ingredients. I am excited to share my love for cooking, travel, and nature all in one place as a blogger at Peek and Ponder!
