Beauty Giveaway for Peek & Ponder’s 5th Birthday!

Happy 5th Birthday Peek & Ponder!

Last month was Peek & Ponder’s 5th birthday. That’s a huge milestone that needs to be celebrated, don’t ya think? Five years ago, I started Peek & Ponder (Peek.Ponder.Publish then) in need of a creative outlet. I wanted to see what I could make of it, but never thought it could get this far. What started as a hobby has turned into something much more and I’m so proud of it. I can’t wait to see it grow even more.

The best way I can think of to celebrate this occasion is with a beauty giveaway! Obviously.

Giveaway Prizes – Over $180 Total Value!

  1. (4) ion Color Brilliance Metallics Temporary Liquid Hair Makeup ($29.96 value) (Rose Gold, Gunmetal Gray, Empire Gold, and Silver Streak) – I made a blog post where I showed the Rose Gold on my hair and you can see me applying the hair makeup in this video. These work well and are easy to apply!
  2. Pacifica Power of Love Eyeshadow Palette ($20 value) – includes 10 mineral eye shadows infused with coconut water for a cream-like finish. I have one of these in my collection too!
  3. Sonia Kashuk Brush Set ($39.99 value) – Good makeup brushes are always necessary and this 12-piece set will help you apply the makeup items included in this prize pack!
  4. Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Gleam ($40 value) – The Glow Kits seem to be highly popular right now and though I haven’t tried them myself, I’m envious of whoever wins this! It contains 4 gorgeous powder highlighters that give you a lit-from-within glow.
  5. IT Cosmetics Confidence In A Cream ($48 value) – I’ve been using this as my daily moisturizer and you can see more about it in my last post. Awesome product!
  6. LORAC Love, Lust, & Lace Matte Eye Shadow Palette ($12 value) – I picked this up quite awhile ago and it claims to be a $50 value but since I only paid $12 I’m not going to pretend I would’ve paid $50. Even so, I love LORAC shadows and I like that this one is all matte.

I struggle with finding an eyelash curler that gets close enough without punching. I also struggle with eyeliner and not having any eyelid show between the lash and lid. Also I think sometimes my liner on the bottom would probably look better in a brown and not going all the way across but when I try try it from the outer corner going across a little ways and stopping it feels to me like it looks awkward even when I smudge the end to not be a sharp end.
Thanks so much for this opportunity and CONGRATULATIONS on your Blogiversary!!! You deserve the prize.
