Red Robin Folsom

I just talked about my lunch date with my mom at Red Robin the other day. It was a fun and delicious experience. Well, guess where I went for dinner this weekend? Red Robin again! This time I went with Mark. Our local Red Robin happens to be about 5 minutes from where I live. Better yet, it resides in a shopping area that’s also home to some of my favorite stores. Talk about convenient!

While in that area of town, we decided to stop in for dinner. Mark likes Red Robin because he’s a burger lover and a tv is usually in sight with sports playing on it. I didn’t mind going again because they have a good variety of food and I was craving my favorite salad, the Crispy Chicken Tender Salad. It has chicken tenders, cheese, hard boiled eggs, bacon, and tomatoes. I always get it with honey mustard dressing. It’s a perfect combination of flavor! Yummmm.

Even though Mark is a burger lover, he decided to go with something different this time – the Cheesy Beer Brat, a bratwurst on a cheesy baguette with roasted-garlic aioli, onion, tomato, bruschetta, and cheese sauce. One look at the picture of it and he was sold, especially because it’s only around for a limited time.

He also got a Tropical Mai Tai. I love the glass it comes in!

Next time, I really want to try a new salad, the Banzai Salad. It has Teriyaki chicken, pineapple, mandarin oranges, parsley, and almonds with a citrus-ale dressing. It sounds yummy and definitely my kind of salad! Of course a burger and bottomless fries with that delicious Red Robin Seasoning is always a good option too.

Also, we’ve never had a dessert there and I’m such a dessert person! All of their desserts look amazing. I should make it a goal for next time. I need to make a mental note – Ashley, you must leave room for dessert!
