18 Things I Love About Fall

As summer comes to a close, I can’t help but think of the things I adore about the coming season. Here’s a list of 18 things I love about Fall.

1. Pumpkin picking and carving/decorating. Who doesn’t like going to the pumpkin patch?! It’s a great photo opportunity and you get to pick out the perfect pumpkins.
2. Boots! There are so many styles, heights, and colors. You can get a comfy UGG boot, a short bootie, or a sleek knee-high boot. Boots are so versatile and a staple of Fall fashion.
3. Family get-togethers. Of course spending time with family is always a nice time, but it’s even more special during Fall and the holiday season. 
4. Football. If you like watching sports, Fall is the time for Football!
5. Pumpkin pie… or really, pumpkin anything! Pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin bread, pumpkin crisp….should I go on? 
6. Halloween. Enough said. 
7. My birthday! I’m a Scorpio girl.
8. Baking delicious treats. Not only are there so many pumpkin treats to make, but baking in Fall is just better in general. 
9. Being cozy. Getting in comfy clothes, snuggling with blankets, and having a hot chocolate on a cold gloomy day is divine.
10. Shopping deals. With Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and getting cash back on purchases with Rakuten, it makes it easy to take care of everyone’s wishlists, while not breaking the bank. 
11. Taking walks. It’s the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors and the changing color of the leaves. 
12. Fall fashion…and shopping for it. 
13. Warm, soft scarves. Such a good accessory.
14. Fresh apple cider and other goods from local growers. Ever have an apple donut? So good! 
15. Candles with Fall scents. There are so many good ones and they fill your home with warm, cozy smells. 
16. Hot drinks from Starbucks. I’ll take a got white mocha or a caramel apple spice any day. 
17. Cooking (and eating!) holiday meals. Holiday food is so delicious and not too hard to make with the right recipes. 
18. Shopping and planning Christmas gifts. I love gift giving and choosing the perfect gift for each person in my life. 
    

Ah, my list could go on and on. I see I have a quite a few food-related favorites. Figures! (I love food).
