I have a love for skin exfoliants. Anything that polishes my skin and makes it look better is a perfect product for me. When I was given the chance to review Dermalogica’s Daily Microfoliant, I was one happy girl. I had tried it before when I had a sample of it from a subscription box. I knew then that it was a good product, but I wasn’t able to use it for very long. After using it again, I have realized how much of a must-have this product has become. I can’t imagine my skin care routine without it!
About Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant
It’s a gentle, rice-based exfoliating powder that activates when it comes into contact with water. You just pour some powder into wet hands and create a paste. Massage into your skin for one minute and then rinse. It’s very simple to use and great for the face, neck, or chest area.
What it does
It lifts and removes dead skin cells while balancing uneven skin tone. Your skin is left looking bright and feeling smooth.
My Observations
I always see products (from other brands) making the same claims and they don’t deliver such great results. This product goes above and beyond the expectations it sets for itself. My textured skin becomes extremely smooth after use. It clears up my skin issues and they stay clear. It definitely evens out my skin tone too. I even like the scent of the product, which reminds me of oatmeal.
I started noticing positive results after just a couple of uses. As time goes on, I notice my skin getting even softer and more healthy looking. I exfoliate with this product at least a few times a week. I have used it daily and works perfectly for that too. It’s not harsh or irritating in the slightest bit.
While it is a little on the pricey side, I am totally fine with buying a skin care product that works this well. I think this one is definitely worth the splurge. As soon as I run out, I’ll be picking up a new one. I can confidently say that this product has quickly become one of my favorite skin care products of all time! I’m not the only one who loves it. The reviews on the Dermalogica website are overwhelmingly positive too.
